Medical Director of Palliative Care and Hospice Medical Director to support two well established teams in Humboldt County on California's beautiful north coast. This unique position will lead the inpatient palliative care group at St. Joseph and Redwood Memorial Hospitals, consisting of physicians inpatient hospice services for Humboldt County residents. This position will also serve as the Medical Director of Hospice of Humboldt, a non-profit agency providing both outpatient and inpatient hospice services of Humboldt County residents. The unique leadership provides an opportunity for both hands-on patient care and program development functions. Full-time leadership position overseeing two hospitals and one hospice facility in EurekaAt least 1 year of leadership experience is requiredStrong community-oriented teamCompensation is between $257,009 and $318,396 per yearThe posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position.In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.Where You’ll Work
