1 year+ experience in sales, preferably in coffee or cafes.Bachelors degree, 4 years honorable discharge US Military, or 4 years management experience.Basic Qualifications

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.Able to commute across the Mid Atlantic.Train customers to uphold coffee standards.Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.The pay range for this role is:50,000 - 77,500 USD per year (Ivy City Roastery)
