The consulting lifecycle spans from business development to strategy development to change execution. This individual will work with consulting leadership, Florida market leadership, and Florida brokerage to deliver the platform of consulting services to new and existing clients. This individual will guide organizations through the strategy development process by understanding business goals and drivers from a people and place perspective. We are a team of creative, strategic, and intuitive thinkers who collaborate on some of the firm's most dynamic client engagements to support business transformation.JOB DESCRIPTIONExperienced practitioner in workplace strategy and corporate real estate strategy with over ten years of experience as a corporate real estate strategy consultant or strategic advisor in a related field (e.g., real estate & facilities, human resources, and/or business transformation).Business development experience in developing & delivering sales presentations and growing & sustaining key customer relationships.Hands-on experience in the development and delivery of value-added solutions, specifically within the fields of workplace strategy & change management (required) and portfolio optimization & labor analytics (preferred, not required).Ability to work across geographic, functional, and service line boundaries in business development, product/service design and client delivery.Excellent written, oral, negotiating and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to represent a global organization to clients, the public, industry leaders, governmental agencies, and social organizations.Proven ability to act as a thought leader in the organization, teaming with other disciplines and driving excellence in tool development, client delivery and strategic insights.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIESServe as a subject matter expert for opportunities that develop within the Florida markets in the areas of workplace strategy and change management (required) and portfolio optimization & labor analytics (preferred, not required).Collaborate with the Total Workplace Southeast Regional lead, C&W Florida market leads, and Florida tenant rep brokers on market-driven business development opportunities and client service delivery.Develop and evolve innovative consulting service offerings.Manage service delivery of consulting services to customer accounts in the Florida markets.Develop thought leadership to support business development, client service delivery, and to contribute to the real estate professional services industry.Build a strong execution to ensure the optimal market positioning of resources to strengthen the organization and grow the business.Propose and advise on project pricing, staffing, and allocation of resources.JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONSEducation:Bachelor's degree in business administration, architecture, finance, economics, human resources, organizational design, or related field.Prosci certified change management practitioner preferred, not required.Real estate broker's license preferred, not required.Job Requirements:On-site work in the C&W Miami office at least 3 days per week. May require additional on-site time and travel based upon client and business need.May require managing consultant and analyst level resources.TARGETED COMPETENCIESProven ability to build relationships, sell, and drive results.Proven ability to effectively communicate with senior executives and all levels of the organization.Exercises a high degree of maturity, discretion, and integrity.Expertise in space planning, programming, & workplace design.Working knowledge of CAD, Revit, or similar space modeling software technology.Outstanding written, presentation, and verbal communication skills in both sales & delivery.Strong project management, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.Exceptional time management & organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities & projects.Experience in scoping, project management, budget management and staffing projects.Cushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
