Northside Catholic Academy (NCA) is an Archdiocesan Catholic elementary school serving the northside neighborhoods of Chicago (primarily Andersonville, Edgewater, Rogers Park, and West Ridge). A legacy institution founded at the turn of the 20th century and now serving the three Catholic parishes formed through Renew My Church, NCA is a paragon of Catholic, parish-based education that forms children for lives marked by faith, service, and intellectual wonder.NCA seeks a transformational leader to serve in a new leadership position. The Executive Director is the chief executive of the school and oversees leadership members at the Primary School (St. Gertrude campus serving PreK to G4) and the Middle School (Holy Child Jesus/St. Margaret Mary campus serving G5 to G8). The Executive Director is the visionary leader of the school who ensures excellence of operation and stewards future growth. S/he is ultimately responsible for the religious, educational, financial, and enrollment strength of the school.In partnership with the President/Pastor, Principal and Advisory Board of Specified Jurisdiction, the Executive Director envisions, plans, and prepares for the institution’s future; secures the financial resources needed for the school’s success; fosters enrollment growth through sponsoring parishes and broader geographic area; engages the school community and aims for strong levels of student and faculty retention; ensures the school’s ongoing commitment to academic and faith formation excellence; and is a visible leader within the community.Requirements:
