Responsibilities:

Engage in troubleshooting, managing, and updating systems and communication networks. Deploy virtual machines and utilize task management software effectively. Create and extend technical documentation and work instructions to standardize workflows. Manage (access, cost, evaluation) the internal IT tooling stack of the client - Atlassian, Testrail, Google Suite, Slack, Datadog, Okta, Microsoft Office, MDM. Improve the internal tooling stack of the client. Requirements:

Previous experience of minimum 5 years in a System Administrator role or similar capacity. Proficiency in completing Active Directory tasks. Knowledgeable in Windows and OSX systems. Experience with Virtualization tools, particularly VMware. Fluent English. EST hours. What we offer:
