The Regional Manager of Operations manages Practice Managers of the region assigned and is responsible for leadership, performance management, and partnering with the Regional Clinical Director within their region. This role reports to the COO. This position will oversee New Jersey and neighboring states.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Practice Managers for their region
Ensure operations are effective and sustainable, and support optimal delivery of clinical care
Accountability for key operational metrics
Drive people development, engagement and further the company culture
Review and report out to leadership team on key metrics, including hiring ratios
Work with team to ensure all processes are being run effectively
Coordinate workforce planning with Recruiting team
Collaborate with RDC to support client on-boarding and client experience
People-employee culture and retention
Groom and develop people to build bench-strength
Work with leadership in implementing development strategies to drive employee retention and career progression
Adherence to company’s Core Values
Work in conjunction COO & Finance team to create and manage annual budgets
Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of multiple facilities
Supervise staff, with responsibilities including performances evaluations and disciplinary actions
Establish performance metrics and personal development targets
Ensure documentation and reporting is completed in timely fashion in accordance to guidelines
Ability to collaborate across teams and functions in a matrixed setting
Understands Coaching and Mentoring with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop staff as well as a proficiencies with expectation setting and accountability
A team player who fosters a respectful, transparent, and collaborative work environment
Analytical ability to carefully study issues, identify trends and formulate new ideas
Practices tact & diplomacy, is patient, willing and able to have difficult conversations as required
Skilled at receiving and giving feedback and performance critiques
Practices perseverance, sees things through to completion; especially in the face of resistance or setbacks
Exceptional mind for optimizing workflow and managing people, systems, procedures, and programs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
Demonstrated expertise in regional operations management, preferably in a multi-site Healthcare organization
Relevant experience in an ABA environment and/or Health related field highly preferred
3+ years of direct leadership experience of large teams
Must be committed to visiting sites within the region
Can lead as a “player/coach” as needed
Work Environment
Work is performed in a center-based environment.
Travel
Travel is primarily in assigned region during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight can be required.
