The Center will expand the existing work of the UC Professional and Custom Education team and be integrated into this more focused and robust effort to build Tufts' reputation within professional and workforce education.The Center is developing short, noncredit courses targeting professionals with upskilling and reskilling needs in healthcare, public health, nutrition, and societal impact (non-profit) sectors. To aid with this work, the Center is seeking to hire multiple part-time lecturers to design, develop, and/or teach content in the following areas:Change ManagementRisk ManagementFinancial ManagementProject Management BasicsConflict Resolution and NegotiationMarketingCommunication SkillsData LiteracyData VisualizationDesign Thinking/Theory of Change/InnovationLeadershipStrategic PlanningWriting (for Business)Applied Research MethodologiesQuality ManagementSchedule ManagementEach noncredit course will be in an online format, with both asynchronous and synchronous components, and is anticipated to take 5-25 hours for a learner to complete depending on the topic and level of learner outcome.RequiredExtensive expertise in the above area ANDMaster's Degree or Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of relevant work experience in the proposed topicPreferredPrior online teaching or adult education/training experienceInterested individuals should submit the following:A cover letterCurrent curriculum vitaeApplicants who are selected for interview may be asked to provide references or additional materials to support their application.An employee in this position must complete all appropriate background checks at the time of hire, promotion, or transfer.For questions about this position please contact
