About The Role:We are seeking a fearless Senior Account Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for managing account teams and client deliverables, mentoring, and developing junior staff, and playing an active role in agency-wide initiatives. This role is part of our Consumer practice; however, our ideal candidate is able to straddle consumer and corporate environments, delivering creative earned-led media strategies for leading global brands within a range of industries.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with teams, provide strategic counsel and recommendations to our clients, and drive results inclusive of traditional and emerging public relations tactics.Demonstrate writing excellence when crafting internal and client correspondence.Initiate the new business process and play an active role in cross-practice and cross-office pitches.Lead financial management of accounts.Oversee financial and operational performance of multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring quality work, and deadline and budget adherence.Oversee integrated communications programs for brands with a focus on earned media but also with understanding of influencer, digital and experiential tactics.Serve as daily client contact on multiple accounts simultaneously.Set and lead media relations course, including outreach plan creation, executive thought-leadership planning, materials drafting, event management, effective pitching, and training of spokespersons on speeches and presentations and growth of contact network.Supervise junior staff by mentoring, motivating, coaching, consistently providing feedback, holding them accountable, and conducting their semi-annual reviews.Track deliverables against multiple media plans and organize the internal Zeno pitch team.Qualifications6-8 years of public relations agency experience and/or related fields including advertising, management consulting, media, or publishing.Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, or a related field.Experience working with clients in retail and/or grocery space.Experience with local-market marketing and executing on the local-level is a plus.Collaborative spirit with a results-driven attitude.Detail oriented with ability to stay “one step ahead.”Manage and inspire a team and make sound judgments.Record of responsible client-related finance management, including managing within client budgets.Experience managing multiple client contact points.Familiarity with best-practice communications tactics and PR tools.Make effective recommendations to executive-level clients and lead the execution of all client-related projects.Multi-task, delegate, and manage assignments while accurately evaluating the work of others.Passion for learning new businesses and taking on challenges.Proven success in building relationships with members of the media and driving results for clients.Think strategically, creatively, and holistically about client programs, fearless in presenting a point of view in brainstorms.Salary Range:
