The Middles States Association reaccredited the school in 2017 and named it the National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence in 2018. This Catholic community is dedicated to academic excellence and the development of future leaders to be disciples of Christ with hearts to love and hands to serve.The school's governance model includes the Pastor, the Board Chair, and 11-15 voting Board Members. The board works in collaboration with the Principal, the School Business Manager, and the Advancement Director.Duties and Responsibilities:The primary duties and responsibilities include setting educational standards and goals, overseeing curriculum implementation, managing staff, and integrating technology into the classroom. The Principal must maintain communication with parents and the community, manage administrative needs, and serve as a motivational leader.Requirements:A dynamic, Christ-centered leader is needed. The new Principal must be a faithful practicing Catholic with a strong commitment to Catholic Education. The ideal candidate will:Create an environment that fosters Catholic faith formation and academic excellence.Encourage student engagement and a love for learning.Inspire faculty and students to form a highly effective learning community.Leverage technology as a communication and educational tool.Support school events and fundraising initiatives.Delegate work and monitor results.Have a vision for the future of education and a proven track record in achieving academic success.Understand school operations, including budgeting.Collaborate with the Board of Limited Jurisdiction and other stakeholders.A minimum of five years of experience teaching in a Catholic School and a Master’s Degree in School Administration are required.
