5+ years of experience in social media strategy planning and implementation.Experience managing high volume social media channels for well-known brands.Exceptional knowledge of social media trends and features.Understanding of community engagement and audience strategy.Competent with Office 365 and analytics tools, including Sprinklr.Excellent copywriting skills adaptable to various tones of voice.Strong data analysis and storytelling skills.
