This role is ideal for attorneys with over 5 years of complex litigation experience in State and Federal Courts, particularly those with a background in cybersecurity and data privacy.Key Responsibilities:Defending privacy lawsuitsManaging large-scale E-DiscoveryIncident response for cybersecurity incidentsDrafting legal notices and policies pursuant to various privacy statutesCandidates should possess excellent research and writing skills, be highly organized, and capable of managing multiple cases and junior attorneys.
