Lindauer is proud to partner with The Hartford Foundation for Public Giving in the search for a Vice President for Development.The Hartford Foundation for Public Giving seeks a visionary Vice President for Development to lead its centennial campaign and all fundraising activities.The Vice President position offers the chance to lead transformative philanthropic initiatives at a pivotal moment in the Hartford Foundation’s history. By driving the centennial campaign and spearheading innovative fundraising strategies, the Vice President for Development will play a key role in shaping the future of the Greater Hartford region, ensuring sustainable growth and equity for another 100 years.In this role, you will:Serve as a respected member of the Foundation’s executive leadership team, collaborating with the President and other senior leaders to drive the Foundation’s mission and strategic goals.Develop and implement fundraising strategies that align with the Foundation’s commitment to community-centric philanthropy and equity.Lead and inspire a team of 12 professional staff, providing clear goals, expectations, and support for career development.Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, corporations, and public sector partners to expand and galvanize the donor pipeline.Work with diverse community groups and professional advisors to maximize the impact of philanthropic investments.
