Job purpose:
As we expand our SAP team, we are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP FICO consultant with expertise in SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and reporting) Treasure and CFIN to contribute to the success of our project.
SAP FICO consultant for SAP Financials will be expected to provide expert-level consulting (e.g. solution design) relating to the entire array of Financials modules and components (i.e. FI, CO, FSCM RAR, CFIN etc.) as well as to provide process/business consulting on the domain areas related to these modules and components.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for configuring and delivering SAP FICO, RAR and CFIN solutions in all sectors of business.
Providing Functional Support for Change in Business Requirements, configuring settings for Company codes, posting period, variant, Document Types & its Number Ranges, Tolerance groups for G/L accounts.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze business processes and translate them in SAP solutions.
Hands on Experience working on S/4 migrations, CFIN migrations and post go live cutover activities.
Able to manage the team of both technical & functional consultants & responsible for overall execution and deliveries.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting and enhancements for SAP FICO, SAP RAR and Treasury modules.
Ensure that relevant configuration, development and testing documentation is maintained and followed, especially in accordance with current standards and procedures.
Manage support issue related to DMEE file structure and configure as per the requisite.
Assist in month-end close & reporting process through FCLOCO.
Investment Management, Project System, Integration with other modules & Interfaces with third Party systems and additionally COPA, COPC and Reporting.
Involving in design, configuration of Standard Cost Estimate for Product Cost collectors.
Design and configuration of WIP, Variances Calculation. Configure and activate Material Ledger.
Experience working with Solution manager/JIRA and the change management process in general.
Provide enhanced level of customer service to internal and external groups.
Drive process improvements ideas, identify SAP best practices and implement them accordingly.
Configuration of Asset Accounting - Asset Classes, Screen Layout rules, Depreciation areas & Keys, Settings for Account Determination & Settlement Rules for AUC Assets.
Should have knowledge in CFIN mappings, all MDG mappings, COMF mappings etc for the smooth replication of documents.
General knowledge of the complete CFIN configuration and its replication.
Knowledge and Experience:
Essential:
10 - 12 years of work experience in SAP FICO.
At least 3 years of CFIN migration experience.
Experience working on at least 2+ End to end full cycle implementation in S/4 hana and 3+ ECC implementations.
Experience working on Agile methodologies (Plan, Design, Develop, Test, Deploy and Review).
Strong working knowledge of local tax and other statutory requirements in relation to Accounts Payable.
Ability to provide high quality level of customer service for the clients.
Experience in managing people and processes through a sustained period of change.
Strong written & oral communications skills in English.
Strong problem solving & organizational skills.
SAP Certification in FICO, RAR, CFIN or Treasury.
Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Distinct Advantage:
1+ CFIN migration would be an added advantage.
Experience working on Treasury and risk management in ECC/ S4 hana.
Prior experience in managing high transaction volumes, with good knowledge of associated controls and procedures.
Knowledge of Treasury and risk management, managing money markets, securities, Trade finance, Market and credit risk analyzer would be an added advantage.
Experience in SAP, workflow tools and document imaging systems.
Experience in managing and leading teams for service delivery through Change/Incident and problem management process.
