At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on!WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOEnsure a positive and creative environment for the Production department and VenueComplete and distribute a daily show flash (P&L) of every eventHave a detailed understanding of deal structure and the settlement processMaintain department manuals and training materials for all production positionsTrain and support production department personnel with job functions as neededAdhere to the budget and track the financial aspects of the departmentCreate and maintain inventory and maintenance logEnsure all procedures are cost-effectiveCreate daily/weekly show schedule to present at staff meetingsWork with the Production Manager to schedule appropriate staff while maintaining labor costs within budget guidelinesMaintain regular communications with Production Manager and the GMFacilitate proper interdepartmental communication and organizationHelp manage stage, sound, and lighting crewsCoordinate operational feedback with Talent BuyerAdvance technical and hospitality details for shows/events along with the Production ManagerOversee maintenance of audio, lighting, backline, and video systems, advising on repairs when neededEnsure safe and consistent operation of all equipmentAttend production and operations meetings as outlined by the GMMaintain a detailed and thorough filing system of all “past show” files on the shared driveMaintain accurate vendor records, following Purchase Ordering SystemsWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGRequired:Calm, professional, and customer service-orientedPrior production experience in an entertainment venueTour and stage production experienceUnderstanding of stage lighting, pro audio systems, and video systemsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to make clear, concise decisions, sometimes with limited informationComputer literate in Windows applications (Excel and Word a must)Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skillsPreferred:College DegreePhysical Demands/Working Environment:Must be able to lift up to 75 lbsModerate to loud noise in work environmentEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYWe are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
