Caribou Thunder is seeking a Resource Analyst to join our office and provide support to the Department Resources group. You will play a pivotal role in creating strategic plans and managing budgets, collaborating with multiple teams and support staff, and working closely with director support staff and finance teams to track resources flowing between our sponsor and other government entities.Complete Description

As a Resource Analyst within our office support group, you'll be a critical member of a medium-sized team, working collaboratively to create strategic plans and manage budgets. Your primary responsibilities include:Assisting director support staff in tracking resources that traverse between government entities, as defined in mutual agreements.Ensuring the effective utilization of resources for a budget with complex monetary obligations involving other government agencies (OGAs) and sites.Operating with a certain level of autonomy while communicating essential reports to the support group finance team.Curating financial reports for both home office and field accounts, crafting written monthly budget reports, and delivering data calls for planning purposes.Strategically managing the execution year, leading the budget build process, and analyzing obligations, expenses, and performance indicators.Constructing formulation years, contributing to program objective memos, and providing data-driven insights for budget allocations and execution rates.Communicating trends, recommendations, and resource requirements to drive effective decision-making.Initiating and analyzing data calls, preparing reports that offer a comprehensive understanding of spend plans, resource allocation, and program performance.Assisting in creating proposals that align with office strategies.Compiling historical data to enhance understanding of the office's past investments.Creating various financial statements, identifying trends, and generating reports that provide insights into resource allocation and utilization.Preferred Requirements

Familiarity with Sponsor budget tools and financial form repository.Experience in strategic planning, budget management, or resource analysis.Knowledge of government agreements and regulations.
