Hybrid – Mon to Thu onsite, Fri WFHThe main function of a business operations specialist is to maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for non-IT projects, or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget. The business operations specialist usually reports to a project manager or director.Specific Responsibilities:

Lead the Web Analytics & UX analytics for eCommerce businessWeb Analytics: Customer Journey, Page Analytics, Pathing, Search Analytics etc.Proficient in Communication & Presentation skills, Data/Web Analysis, Setup A/B testing practices/ Pre-post analysis, Web Analytics tools like Omniture, Google Analytics, DXT, etc.Develop and execute a comprehensive web analytics data strategy to optimize UX, CX, and web performance & insightsCollaborate with Business function, Category, Product, Merch & UX teams to create and deliver analytics Reporting and InsightsBuild and manage best-in-class Web ReportingUtilize SQL to perform data analysis to extract valuable insights from large data sets like Clickstream, transactional dataCreate and maintain internal mapping tables like product hierarchy, Dates, and Adobe classificationsStrong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical to convey complex insights to diverse stakeholdersDemonstrate strong technical expertise in Tableau/SQL and well versed with Adobe AnalyticsDrive data thought leadership and create end-to-end Web Reporting standardsProactively Identify gaps and provide tagging requirements (Build governance in maintaining eVars, Props & Custom events)Implement best practices for analytics, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our capabilitiesLead highly functional and agile analytics/data teamsPerform promotional ROI analysis and develop monthly reporting with key insights and planning implicationsBackground & Competencies Required:

8+ years of related experience in one or more of the functional areas: business analytics, eCommerce, or Web analytics rolesBachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field, Master’s preferred4+ years’ experience in e-commerce or telecommunications consumer electronics industry or management consultingStrong quantitative and analytical capabilities with high proficiency in data analysis using Excel, Tableau preferredPrior experience leading small teams with the ability to engage and develop talentExceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate and build effective partnerships at all levels of the organizationStructured and process-oriented approach to solve business and operational problems with a highly agile approachAbility to operate seamlessly in a matrix organization and manage stakeholders across multiple lines of businessesJob Category:
