The ideal candidate will have expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, supporting project financings and acquisitions, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. Proficiency in M&A processes, including leading due diligence exercises for energy and infrastructure assets, is essential. Experience with project finance, joint ventures, and tax equity transactions is highly desirable. The role involves working closely with partners and clients on sophisticated transactions, taking a lead role in drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting due diligence, and advising on deal structuring.
