We take pride in creating purposeful work and allowing our employees to grow and achieve their goals every day by Defining Possible.Role and Responsibilities:Developing and Supporting Program proposal activitiesDeveloping and implementing the Program Quality PlanPlanning/establishing the baseline for the Program quality scopeSupport execution of the Program's procurement, manufacturing, and test plansMonitoring and control of both supplier and manufacturing performanceDriving and supporting Continuous Improvement (CI) activities on the ProgramEstablishing good working relationships with customer and government representatives to facilitate demonstration of conformance to requirements of the finished work productsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related STEM field and 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance, mission assurance, or related engineering roleDeveloping knowledge of the basic principles in various engineering disciplines. Ability to solve routine design and engineering tasks with minor assistanceAbility to successfully engage with manufacturing and QC personnel on the shop floor to provide solutions using Quality principles and practicesMust be familiar with standard Visual and Mechanical Inspection techniques and toolsExperience in root cause analysis and corrective actionGood computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Projects, and ExcelAble to communicate and work effectively in a team settingAbility to travel, up to 25%Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance (US Citizenship required)Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated experience working in a Program Quality roleExperience working within an ISO 9001/AS9100 Quality Management System EnvironmentFamiliarity with standard non-destructive testing techniques and tools in a fabrication, machining, and assembly environmentFamiliarity with Earned Value ManagementExperience collecting and analyzing metricsDemonstrated ability to work with minimal oversight and in a multi-discipline team environmentDemonstrated problem solving skills in a manufacturing environment implementing solutions to complicated technical issuesAbility to document, plan and manage projectsExperience working on DOD contracts and on Supplier Quality effortsSalary Range:
$79,300 - $118,900Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
