As the Director of Sales & Marketing, you’ll be responsible for achieving maximum occupancy and revenue potential for the community by attracting residents via generating local interest through creative marketing strategies across the local area.The CandidateThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience with a successful and evidenced track record in a similar capacity, ideally within Senior Housing or Independent / Assisted Living. My Client are looking for a passionate, energetic individual experienced in creative marketing and selling techniques with excellent communication skills and first class levels of customer service. You’ll be metrics driven and have high levels of energy and tenacity.Requirements3 Years experience as a Sales Director or similar within Senior Living / Independent Living (Essential).Evidenced and successful track record of increasing occupancy.Passion for senior care.LocationThe community is based locally to Minneapolis, MN and is commutable from; Shakopee, Hastings, Buffalo, Stillwater, Lakeville, Isanti and surrounding areas.SummaryMy client is seeking an experienced Director of Sales and Marketing who has an evidenced and successful track record of increasing occupancy and maximising community revenues within a senior living environment.
