Ready for a new challenge?Summary of PositionWe are seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Brand Manager for NEXON America’s marketing team. This individual will support the Brand Marketing team with crafting, executing, and optimizing marketing programs and promotions using multiple channels. The Associate Brand Manager will mainly support Blue Archive as well as other game titles. This individual must be an avid anime fan with a deep understanding of the various subcultures and latest trends in the anime scene.We are currently working in the office 2-3x a week in a hybrid work model.Job ResponsibilitiesPlan, define, and lead brand campaigns aligned with business objectives with key stakeholdersCoordinate across teams to build best-in-class Marketing Strategies with a focus on broadening our global reach, particularly in the North American regionManage production and approval of communication materialsFacilitate communication with external vendors/agenciesHandle incidental duties and special projects as assignedWork Experience2+ years of product marketing or product management experience with digital ad products, OR3+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry with a deep understanding of gamingExperience partnering with global teams and/or product development teams to represent market requirementsExperience taking products through their full lifecycle and developing go-to-market strategiesExperience working with Japanese Anime/Manga and culture preferredEducation, Professional Training, Technical Training or CertificationBA/BS degree or aboveKnowledge/SkillsStrong and deep knowledge of Japanese Anime/Manga and its cultureExcellent communication, presentation and analytical skills. Ability to build strong compelling narratives and ability to simplify marketing messaging to resonate with different audiencesEffective project management in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience with project management tools such as JIRA and ConfluenceProficiency in MS Office Suite and adaptability to new technologiesStrong written, verbal, and presentation skillsSolution-focused with robust problem-solving abilitiesUnderstanding of marketing principles and production processesEagerness to learn about procedures and productsAbility to collaborate across organizational levelsManagement has the right to add or change duties and job requirements at any time.Nexon’s Benefits and PerksWe offer medical, dental and vision plans for you, your spouse or domestic partner and your children. $65,000 - $80,000
annually.Our salary ranges are determined by market data based on position and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salaries for that position. An individual’s pay is determined by factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experiences, relevant education or training, and location.Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, however the salary range listed in this job posting reflects the base salary only.
