We are hiring Staff Attorneys.Positions Available:Staff Attorney I - $77,459.20 - $94,182.40 AnnuallyStaff Attorney II - $87,963.20 - $106,932.80 AnnuallyStaff Attorney III - $130,707.20 - $159,120.00 AnnuallyWhat We Offer:Health Benefits: A robust benefit plan including medical, dental, vision, health and dependent care spending accounts, and life insurance. Employer pays 100% of employees’ & 50% of dependents health plan premiums.Education Incentive: Education reimbursement up to $1,500 per fiscal year.CA State Bar Association Annual Dues Reimbursement.Optional Deferred Compensation Program (457): Tax-deferred income plan.Retirement Plan: Provided to full-time employees through the Merced County Employees’ Retirement Association (Merced CERA); reciprocity for eligible public service employees.Vacation: All full-time employees are eligible to earn paid vacation based on years of service.Management Leave: Up to 96 hours of Management Leave per fiscal year. Management Leave is an additional leave that is separate from the accumulation of vacation hours.Sick Leave: Generous sick leave accrual with no cap. 14 days per year, plus floating holiday(s) based on years of service.Holidays: 14 days per year, plus floating holiday(s) based on years of service.
