ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and manage complex internal and external programs to deliver highly visible business-aligned outcomes.Serve as trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders regarding program objectives and outcomes.Accountable for completion of program tasks and deliverables, development of business processes to meet program objectives.Ensure program performance against defined goals and objectives is reported and improvement strategies are implemented.Lead process and program improvement projects to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.At least 6 years of experience with program development or program management.At least 4 years of experience managing financial budgets and/or accounting tasks.Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.Ability to secure and deploy resources effectively and efficiently.Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.Netsmart is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer, providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals.
