Installation Analyst II (Training Service)

Career development opportunities, including on-the-job training, tuition reimbursement, and networking.A positive work environment where employees are respected, supported, and engaged.Description:Shall assess and provide advice in the development, review, and publishing of NOA architectures, standards, competency development models, training program documentation, manpower analysis (analysis, metrics, and projections) policy and processes to ensure consistency among tightly coupled work products for efforts in the RDT&E life cycle.Maintain strategic plans, communication plans, competency development models, training programs and management of initiatives that directly support the NOA Leadership team. This includes performing analysis, conducting surveys, and compiling statistics and information necessary to prepare reports, briefings, correspondence, messages, and memoranda that support alignment with the NOA End State Framework.Provide advanced training of the acquisition workforce including Human Performance, Manpower, Personnel, and Training elements.Job Requirements:Typical experience:3 years of professional experience supporting the installation of hardware and software products.Typical education:Security Clearance:Security clearance required active SECRET with access to TS/SCI.Prescient Edge is a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) founded as a counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) company in 2008.
