Qualifications:JD from an Accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in the State of California3+ years litigation experience requiredFederal court practice is a plusStrong knowledge of rules of evidence and procedure requiredExcellent written and analytical skills and a strong attention to detail are requiredResponsibilities:Draft case management orders, organize and analyze case information, and provide reports to carrierDraft motions (including but not limited to motions for summary judgment and discovery motions)Make court appearances as necessaryRespond to written discoveryEfficiently conduct legal researchWhy Should You Apply?
