The IT CMDB Lead Business Process Consultant plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Working closely with IT Service Now System Admin, Platform, and Process Owners, you will ensure adherence to standardized configuration management methodologies while facilitating the development of policies and processes. You will be responsible for conducting audits, maintaining CMDB accuracy, and driving visibility on unauthorized changes.Having proficiency in CMDB and asset management tools, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to effectively manage multiple priorities and support evolving ITSM requirements.About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

Bachelor's degree in CIS, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field or equivalent, relevant experience3-5 years of Asset Management and/or IT Configuration experienceIt would be great if you also had . . .

Assisting in developing standard IT configuration management methodologySupporting the Configuration manager in policy, process, and knowledge base developmentCollaborating with the Configuration manager to enhance CI data integrityAssisting in conducting configuration audits and reconciliationMaintaining CIs for CMDB accuracy and completenessDriving visibility on unauthorized CI changesIdentifying Configuration management support for new ITSM requirementsSupporting and administering configuration and asset management toolsPerforming SDLC activities to enhance the Service Now platformActing as backup for CAB ManagerAbout the Team
