who will support our Corporate Functions and US Operating Companies. The Compensation function contributes to the success of APi Group by developing and implementing strategies and programs that drive the performance of the business. This role is a key member of the Total Rewards and People Services team and reports to the Director, Compensation. The role’s main partners are People Partners and Leaders.Lead broad-based compensation programs, processes, and analysis for our Corporate Functions and US Operating Companies (40% of time):Partner with leadership on job architecture, org design and job evaluations.Guide partners through key annual processes, to include annual incentive payout and merit processes.Lead market competitiveness reviews and global salary structure review process.Partner with legal on FLSA and other regulatory analysis.Create compensation reporting and dashboard analysis to allow for data-based decision making.Create compensation communication materials to support business needs.Consult with People business partners and leaders (40% of time)Point of contact with People Partners on compensation related questions.Keep up to date on external marketplace trends and provide this expertise to the business.Identification of opportunities to strengthen competitiveness of programs through networking with external compensation professionals.Project management for assigned projects (20% of time)Lead all aspects of assigned projects, including building work plans, engaging internal partners, prioritizing and assigning tasks, identifying and mitigating risks, and bringing projects to successful completion.Collaborate across HR, finance and legal on programs, initiatives, and issue resolution.Development of communication materials and change management plans.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree.5-7 years compensation or HR experience.Experience with major aspects of compensation delivery, and familiarity with job evaluation and market pricing methodologies.Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time in a fast-paced environment.Strong partnership skills in relationship building and presentation skills.Strong data analysis and modeling skills.Strong project and process management skills.Competencies and Skills:Shows AccountabilityAdapts to ChangeShows AgilityThinks AnalyticallyShows AuthenticityCollaborates with OthersCommunicates EffectivelyBenefits and Compensation:This role will be eligible for hybrid work flexibility based out of our New Brighton office. The pay range is $84,000 - $126,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
