Essential Job Functions:Lead the North American Tables (including ETG) line of business in commercial strategy and execution.Manage the Tables P&L and manage trends affecting profitability.Lead annual strategic planning, financial planning, budgeting and forecasting in conjunction with Finance.Lead the commercial tables team to drive and deliver results for the Tables line of business.Work closely with product management to align on portfolio requirement to drive commercial growth; develop portfolio analysis to ensure portfolio content aligns with market activity.Work closely with product management and marketing to develop go to market and product launch strategies.Drive fleet optimization through proper game/cabinet launch strategies and replacement programs.Leverage analytics to identify revenue optimization opportunities and drive execution of those opportunities across the business; build accountability tracking to ensure the right level of market execution by hardware and content.Develop strong working relationships with the principal business stakeholders and key customers and acquire an intimate knowledge of commercial requirements, sales and operations process, and financial processes.Work closely with regional sales teams to drive sales pipeline, pricing and mix strategy to meet or exceed revenue goals.Develop and manage L&W Gaming business model for desired strategic market-share. Model new game introduction associated to optimize profitability and efficiency. Consider competitors business model and anticipate their business plans.Interface with Supply Chain to maintain proper Demand and Supply planning and E&O management.Work closely with product management to ensure hardware lifecycles are managed effectively and develop and execute L&W end of life / exit strategy for legacy products while addressing customer requirements, pricing and long-term strategy.Create financial models and conduct analysis of different pricing strategies considering new markets, predicting changes in the marketplace and feedback from key stakeholders.Control pricing and promotional offerings for the North America tables line of business.Provide support to senior management, sales, and customer support on product information via presentations, product briefs, and other demonstrations.Qualifications:15+ years of experience in a commercial (sales and marketing) role, preferably in the same industry.Prior relevant Tables related experience mandatory.Proven track record of success in leading and executing strategic initiatives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong leadership and management skills.Ability to think strategically and creatively.Strong business acumen and market knowledge.Education:Bachelor's degree preferred.Master's degree preferred.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Minimum of 15 years combined experience working in sales account management/marketing/finance/product development/product management with a focus on revenue growth to create accretive ROI.Requires experience in the development of pricing strategies and sales strategies to consider acceptance in the marketplace and profitability.Experience working with Product Development and Product Management in managing the business of investing in R&D for profitability and driving growth for the business.Experience leading and creating high performing teams.Experience in working with sales teams to understand and optimize product strategy in support of sales efforts.Physical Requirements:
