We are seeking a talented and motivated Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's People & Culture needs and ensuring our employees are equipped with the tools they need to succeed.In this role, you will partner with leaders across departments to provide strategic HR solutions and drive the implementation of HR programs and initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding a range of HR matters including culture and connectivity, performance management, employee engagement, positive employee relations, Human Capital Management Systems, compensation cycle management, and leave management. Additionally, you will work closely with our HR team to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and help create an inclusive and engaging work environment.Some Responsibilities Include:Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goalsProvide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR topics including performance management, employee engagement, and career developmentPartner with the HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Org and Talent Development) to develop and deliver HR programs and resourcesServe as the initial contact and liaison for intake and assessment of employee issues and complaintsChampion HR initiatives such as employee surveys, performance reviews, and talent management programsBuild and maintain HR data analytics, including report writing and data analysis & delivery to leadershipContribute to P&C projects and initiatives that span operational functionsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar roleStrong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practicesDemonstrated experience partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiativesInvestigative mindset with the ability to conduct thorough analysis of situations through to completionExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organizationAbility to handle high-pressure situations in a calm and professional mannerProven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectivelyProficient in HRIS systems and other HR toolsPreferred Qualifications:HRBP experience in technology or pharmaceutical industriesExperience in the development of compensation plans, including variable compensation plansPassion for furthering DEI InitiativesWorking within a global HR teamComfortable with Google SuiteSHRM CertificationWhat does IntegriChain have to offer?Excellent and affordable medical benefits + non-medical perks including Student Loan Reimbursement, Flexible Paid Time Off, and Paid Parental Leave401(k) Plan with a Company Match to prepare for your futureRobust Learning & Development opportunities including over 700+ development courses free to all employeesIntegriChain is committed to equal treatment and opportunity in all aspects of recruitment, selection, and employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, ethnicity, age, sex, marital status, physical or mental disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, veteran or military status, or any other category protected under the law.
