McDonald Hopkins LLC seeks an experienced attorney with relevant federal government contracting experience to join its growing Business Department remotely, or in our Baltimore, Cleveland, Chicago, Detroit or West Palm Beach offices.The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:Bid protestsClaims and performance disputesTerminations for default or convenienceRegulatory compliance advice and counselingInternal investigationsMandatory disclosuresFalse Claims Act issuesSBA regulations and programsOrganizational Conflicts of InterestSuspension and debarmentCost issues including Cost Accounting Standards and allowabilityGSA Federal Supply Schedule and Multiple Award Schedule ContractsNegotiation of prime and subcontracts, teaming, joint ventures, and mentor-protégé agreementsSome portable business is necessary.
