Provides thought leadership to design, develop, and establish standard approaches, tools, and methods to be used across MU Health Care. Collaborate with organizational leaders, stakeholders, and HR partners to develop resources and procedures that streamline processes, improve execution, align with quality improvement, and develop talent.

SALARY RANGE

$68,266 - $111,426

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSShapes and improves existing education and development programs through a blended consultation approach, including project management, change management, collaborative partnerships, and strong relationships. Researches and stays abreast of organizational effectiveness trends, theories, and practices to provide functional expertise and collaboration with HR Business Partners and other HR Centers of Excellence for needed design, delivery, and ongoing management of solutions. Key areas include: Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Talent Management, Career Development, Leader Development, Team Performance and Effectiveness, Mobility and Deployment of Talent, Learning and Capability Development, and Coaching and Mentoring. Continuously promotes and educates around our cultural strategies; draws connections to our Mission, Vision, Values and our overall organizational strategy and goals. Coaches leaders toward solutions and professional development. Collaborates with the eLearning Tech Team to develop and implement innovative and engaging education and development content. Train trainers as needed and ensure instructional quality and appropriate content. This includes but is not limited to consultants and contract trainers. Lead projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams. May complete unit/department specific duties as outlined in department documents.

QUALIFICATIONSREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in training, human resource development, organizational development, or a learning-related discipline.Four (4) years of experience consulting, training, or facilitating on topics related to organizational development/effectiveness, staff leadership, performance management.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMaster's degree in human resources, organization development, communications, or business.Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.Equal Opportunity EmployerThe University of Missouri System is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
