Most importantly, you are ready to put all of your learnings and skills into action.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECTAs a Consultant in the Product Development and Delivery practice, you will work on cross-functional project teams, enabling clients to optimize the effectiveness of their product teams. You will collaborate with clients and your Maryville team; present recommendations to client management; and develop your ability to manage teams, engagements, and accounts. You will have a diverse set of responsibilities and play several critical roles on client engagements, such as:Project Management

– Guide Agile project teams to optimize engagement execution while maintaining deadlines, working through risks, issues, and action items.Stakeholder Management

– Align client stakeholders to the overall mission and vision of the product team and create and facilitate open lines of communication for cross-functional decision-making teams.Meeting Facilitation

– Lead Agile teams through facilitations similar, but not limited to; vision and mission definition, current and future state journey mapping, backlog grooming, sprint planning, epic and feature alignment and story writing.Prioritization of Continuous Improvement

– Experience leading process automation should be determined by the product/experience/” Process Use Case” owner (not at a Platform level).Operational Efficiency & Prioritization of Continuous Improvement

– Quickly take inventory of underlying enterprise automated processes and identify gaps in client technology stack and misalignment to broader technology strategy.Engage and encourage stakeholder participation in process optimization and manage necessary Operational “change management” workstream.Leverage appropriately configured commercially available software and leverage existing client-facing strategic platforms.KEY QUALIFICATIONS4+ years in consulting, product management, and/or technology enablement in a corporate role.Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and Frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree a plus.Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills.Desire to learn how corporations are using technology to enhance strategy and operations.Ability to articulate complex ideas in a concise manner.Willingness to travel up to 40%.Willingness to re-locate to the St. Louis area.Maryville is committed to promoting a diverse environment where high performers are excited to join, stay, and do their best work.
