The Loaner Car Manager at Audi Rockville is responsible for daily management of our loaner car fleet. This includes:Performance evaluations for the value of our no-charge daily loaner.Fleeting and de-fleeting inventory.Follow-up of incident reports.Completing daily updates of loaner utilization working with service advisors, service manager, and guests.Assisting guests with getting in and out of our loaner cars, which requires paperwork, signatures, documentation of insurance, and license.This role has historically served as a launching point for advancement to other roles at Audi Rockville or our area Sonic Automotive dealerships.Requirements
Previous car dealership experience is a plus.Proven guest-facing experience is preferred.Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record.Excellent customer care skills, including the ability to resolve customer-related issues in a professional manner.Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work with people of various professional backgrounds.Desire to succeed.Computer skills including Excel and Word, and using Outlook to communicate with the team.Flexible schedule; may require occasional work until closing at 7 PM and occasional Saturdays with notice.It's time to make the most important move of your career.
