Our business value and leadership has been recognized by various market research firms, including Forrester and Gartner.The Tiger Analytics team is looking for a BI Technical Product Owner to deliver innovation and tools to global business teams. This is a cross-functional role that requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaison with technical teams and interact with internal clients.Job Duties:
Engage with business stakeholders in gathering and formulating the requirements and coming out with a relevant solution construct for enterprise BI and Dashboard initiatives.Analyze business requirements; construct the conceptual model and data flow processes.Communicate data architecture to development teams.Consult and perform design reviews to ensure business needs are met – wireframing, prototyping, etc.Utilize Business Intelligence tools to build and support dashboards.Partner with other team members as well as cross-functional partners to support business processes and system solutions.Manage and resolve client issue escalation and systemic improvements.Work with offshore team to develop/deliver the BI dashboards/reports and bring the new, scalable solutions to business stakeholders.Lead validation efforts to ensure data quality.Identify and execute risk mitigation and compliance exercises.Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.8-12 years of experience in a BI consulting or related role delivering BI/Reporting projects in an enterprise or consulting role.Must have experience in setting up processes (data governance, Analytics, platform access, license management related).Experience with PowerBI is a must.Knowledge of other Business intelligence and reporting tools such as Alteryx and Tableau is highly desired.Experience or familiarity with the Healthcare Insurance industry is a big plus.Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.Significant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
