What you'll do

We want you to deliver great tasting food to our customers quickly, while providing a level of service that keeps them coming back!As a General Manager, you will lead your restaurant, coaching and developing team members for success. You will instill the Wendy’s culture into your team and motivate them to exceed customer expectations. You will have total operational and financial responsibility for your restaurant. General Managers:Maintain appropriate staffing levels by recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding crew members while maximizing retention.Ensure utilization of all company training programs to create an efficient, friendly staff.Develop talent to promote and fill management positions internally.Manage the performance of all restaurant staff.Maximize restaurant profit by ensuring the team utilizes all systems for food, labor, and cash management.Be a role model of excellent customer service.Monitor customer feedback results and review with the team to improve the customer experience.Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.Grow restaurant sales through exceptional operations and community involvement.Review restaurant P&L and create plans for improvement.What you can expect
