Reporting to the Director Commercial Operations & Customer Engagement, UK & Ireland, the Associate Director, Commercial Operations & Customer Engagement plays an important role in leading and executing multiple launches of a new oncology asset in solid tumours across the UK & Ireland.The successful candidate will effectively lead the Solid Tumours Brand Team and be responsible for developing effective strategies and tactics to support launches across multiple indications. They must be truly customer-focused, able to build strong relationships with opinion leaders, and willing to challenge the status quo.For this role, the candidate will bring prior exposure to and experience in commercial operations (sales, marketing, analysis, insights & SF effectiveness), have recent commercial experience and the right entrepreneurial mindset. The role will also require strong cross-functional collaboration and prior experience of working in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment with the ability to navigate in a matrix organisation.Essential Functions of the job (The role includes, but is not limited to):Lead the UK & Ireland Solid Tumours Brand Team to deliver the successful launch of our asset across indications and develop long-term commercial strategy, brand/tactical plans and marketing budgets.Provide cross-functional leadership across the matrix team to drive solid tumour performance and demonstrate behaviours fully consistent with the BeiGene values and culture.Lead the development of clear, actionable, and differentiated marketing strategies and execution of tactical plans to support the UK & Ireland commercialisation of BeiGene’s solid tumours asset across multiple future indications.Partner with Business Analytics on the development and delivery of market insights and KPIs that inform and measure commercial strategies, tactics and product forecasts.Lead development of key marketing deliverables (brand plan, tactical programmes, market research etc.) and sharing findings with internal cross-functional partners.Communicate effectively across the team and foster effective teamwork.Ensure effective financial planning and review results to identify variances; develop action plans to address issues. Manage expenses to budget and deliver targeted profit contribution.Execute and adhere to both regional strategies and global franchise strategies.Drive business decisions putting patient centricity at the center of what we do.Ensure the effective delivery of Omnichannel strategies and tactics based on Customer insight, target audience segmentation and preferences, and channel feedback loops.Develop and build strong partnerships with external KOLs and partners and influence commercial strategy with internal partners and stakeholders.Represent BeiGene at key UK and Ireland and European meetings, conferences, and functions as needed.Ensure compliance across all GxP areas to maintain the highest standards of patient-focused ethical conduct in line with our values.Consistently ensure that the UK and Ireland team operate in accordance with BeiGene´s Standards of conduct and all applicable local laws and regulations.Drive business results, and contribute to culture and people initiatives aligned with BeiGene mission and values.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced qualification (e.g., CIM, MA, MBA, PhD) an advantage.A minimum of 8 years of pharmaceutical industry marketing or related experience (examples include sales, finance, forecasting, market research, healthcare agency, consulting, etc.).A minimum of 3 years of oncology sales and/or marketing experience (particularly PD-L1 experience). UK & Ireland marketplace launch experience preferred.Demonstrated ability to establish actionable and meaningful relationships with KOL’s as well as with internal commercial teams, medical affairs, clinical development colleagues.Skilled in influencing cross-functional teams, including interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders and with scientific and commercial teams.Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including ability to synthesise data and deliver a clear overview of commercial insights, opportunity, and risks.Demonstrated strength in the core competencies of communication, strategic agility, achieving results, and teamwork/collaboration.Computer Skills:

Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office.Other Qualifications:

Fluency in both verbal and written English necessary; any other major European languages an advantage.Travel:
