Full Time Clinical Recruitment and Training Specialist
responsible for supporting the HR department by conducting clinical interviews, sourcing ABA professional candidates, and collaborating on the initial and ongoing training of clinical staff. Company will cover travel expenses.Roles and Responsibilities:Clinical Interviews:
Conduct clinical interviews for candidates in coordination with HR, focusing on evaluating clinical skills and ABA knowledge.Sourcing ABA Professionals:
Actively source and identify potential ABA professionals for open positions within the company.Interview Questions:
Collaborate with HR to create and update interview questions that assess the necessary skills and competencies for ABA roles.Initial Training:
Assist in designing and delivering the initial training program for Behavior Technicians, ensuring it meets industry standards.Ongoing Training:
Collaborate with HR and clinical teams to identify training needs and contribute to the development and delivery of ongoing training programs.Support Behavior Technicians:
Supervise and support Behavior Technicians during their initial shadow sessions, providing guidance and feedback.Regional Training Needs:
Work with regional managers to identify specific training needs and coordinate resources to meet those needs.Compliance:
Ensure all training programs and processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.Conditions of Employment:Must have a valid California Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record. Proof of auto insurance required.Must adhere to all federal, state and local laws/legislation as applicable as well as HIPAA laws and regulatory agencies.Must pass health screenings, obtain vaccinations and clear TB testing based on company policies.Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification.Must attend all BTA required training.Be vested in the ABA Field, committed to the cause, willing to learn and grow constantly amidst the changing landscape that is the ABA field.Must have the following immunizations: Rubella (2-series), Rubeola (2-series), Mumps (2-series), Varicella (2-series), Hepatitis B (3-series) (Declination acceptable), Pertussis (Tdap) (Declination acceptable), Absence of Tuberculosis (TB).Additional Information:BTA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
