Review US international income tax returns including Forms 8865, 5471, and 8858Develop and train senior tax analysts, tax analysts and/or tax internsTrack and model tax positions and their potential impacts on the company's effective tax rateUpdate projections based on business forecasts to understand foreign inclusionsBuild and develop relationships across the Koch companies to understand and optimize the various business tax positionsManage prioritization of multiple projects and communicate results to the team and leadershipResearch tax impacts and determine required disclosures and reporting impacts related to transactionsDrive innovation and transformation within the tax organizationBasic Qualifications

Progressive career experience in corporate taxation, tax accounting, financial reporting, or accounting related rolesAdvanced understanding and application of US/International tax policies and regulations and reporting requirementsExperience prioritizing multiple projects, communicating results and driving initiatives forwardWhat Will Put You Ahead

Bachelor's degree or higherPrevious CPA firm or multi-national corporation experience4+ years of experience with foreign tax credit and international tax rulesExperience training, supervising and developing tax staff and/or internsKnowledge of a broad range of international corporate tax matters such as foreign tax credits, dual consolidated losses, Subpart F, look-thru, GILTI, BEAT and understanding of US international tax attributesThe Koch tax team is comprised of over 300 professionals with knowledge in a wide range of corporate tax areas including domestic, international, state, transfer pricing and M&A to name a few.
