FlexSolv Networks is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Associate who is detail-oriented to contribute to the achievement of the company in the Telecom Industry.Responsibilities & Duties

Interact & negotiate with customers and execute sales.Promote the company's telecom services and introduce them to the market.Strong marketing and sales negotiation skills are needed.Research and develop marketing opportunities to understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve the company's development goals.Develop and maintain client relationships.Focus on improving SEO performance.Utilize various social media platforms to promote the business.Lead market research plans to identify new opportunities.Work with outside sales to develop business opportunities in a geographic area.Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions.Build strategic relationships to drive new revenue opportunities.Qualifications

Telecom knowledge is a plus.Excellent communication and sales skills.Familiarity with business development and marketing strategies.Strong organizational, analytical, and creative thinking skills.Proactive and a good listener.Attention to detail and strong communication skills.The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.A bachelor's degree in business development, marketing, mathematics, business administration, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or business development is preferred.OSP fielding and construction preferred but not required.Ability to meet deadlines.Office Hours: 8am-5pm
