Make your move.Requirements:Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead Departments, managing assigned Systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results.The Guest Service Department Manager’s responsibilities include ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience and that sales promotions are executed well.The Kitchen Department Manager’s responsibilities include ensuring the restaurant delivers great quality food quickly and safely, controlling food costs, and training kitchen staff.The People Department Manager’s responsibilities include hiring qualified crew, training them well, and scheduling them to meet sales and profit goals.Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We are looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
