The Human Resources Manager formulates and supervises programs relative to selection, training, promotion, and welfare other employer/employee relationships for multiple facilities. Interviews job applicants; develops personnel record forms; adjusts disputes and grievances and recommends necessary disciplinary actions; analyzes, classifies, and evaluates jobs. Administers employee welfare and recreation services, and serves as an adviser to executive staff in personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organization changes.Qualifications

Required qualifications:Bachelor's degree or 15 years of HR experienceMinimum of 9-10 years in hospital management experiencePreferred qualifications:Master's or MBA degreeFamiliar with wage and hour lawsKnowledge of State and Federal laws including ERISA guidelines and accreditation standardsCompany is an equal employment opportunity employer.
