You are someone who:Collaborates well with internal team members in research, creative and account service to help lead our clients to inspiring insights.Has mastered the entire research process and enjoys sharing research knowledge and skills to develop talent on the research team and inspire members of other departments.Is methodologically agnostic with a passion for understanding what marketing and messaging can positively influence human behavior.Makes insights actionable, whether it is for product development, marketing strategy-building or creative campaign development.Creates synthesized, visually compelling presentations (incorporating clear tables, graphs and infographics).Ensures overall client satisfaction throughout the research process and manages client relationships to generate repeat business.Are you passionate about research?We are looking for someone who loves numbers and also sees the power of rich qualitative data, especially when those two disciplines are combined to solve complex client problems.10+ years of deep strategic experience nationally and internationally (supplier-side desired).Expert in designing and conducting a broad range of market research methods with a very strong background in the marketing and messaging that changes behaviors.Demonstrated experience leading clients in at least one of the following industries: energy, built environment, non-profit/NGOs, consumer packaged goods.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Dynamic presentation skills that show your passion for the power of insights, both in person and via WebEx.REQUIREMENTS5+ years (8+ years preferred) professional experience (market research experience preferred)BS/BA/MS in social sciences or related field.
