Experience working on a project managed in Agile and Scrum environment.Experience in user story categorization, prioritization, effort assessment.ServiceNow Certifications.Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow ITSM consultant, you will be a part of the Agile development team and perform hands-on technical development work.Deliver end-to-end automated solutions which include technical implementation of ServiceNow Platform, Core System, and Applications.Ability to architect, develop and convert customers' legacy solutions into ServiceNow.Organize and prioritize development effort, interfacing with vendors and management, and coordinate with additional administrators.Create and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, data imports, and exports.Translate business requirements into technical requirements for defined user stories.Provide project team with ServiceNow configuration and customization expertise for defined features, including industry and ServiceNow best practices.Building Service Catalog with Service Portal and fulfilment automation.Integrating ServiceNow with cloud service providers' platforms.Skills Required
