Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the centerLead and motivate team members by developing them professionally and personallyMarket the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationshipsConduct sales by promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling studentsAdminister student assessments, identify learning gaps, and develop customized learning plansProvide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progressMonitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student successQualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilitiesEagerness to learn and be trainedExceptional math competency through at least Algebra ICompleted Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in education, math, or related STEM fieldPrevious management or leadership experience preferredIf this opportunity piques your interest, we'd love to speak with you!Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearMathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
