Our 141-bed facility welcomes over 3,000 patients every year, specializing in everything from total joint replacement to spinal cord injuries and neurological conditions.This position provides anesthetic care in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, physicians, and medical professionals throughout UM Rehab & Ortho Institute.The CRNA will administer anesthesia and anesthesia-related care in four general categories:Pre-anesthetic preparation and evaluationAnesthesia induction, maintenance and emergencePeri-anesthetic and clinical support functionsShift: Monday - Friday 12 hour shifts; Full Time, DaysEducation and Experience:Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and graduation with a Master's degree from an accredited school of nurse anesthesia.Must hold current licensure from the Maryland State Board of Nurse Examiners to practice nursing and nurse anesthesia.Hold current certification or recertification from the National Board on Certification & Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
