Intermountain Health Supply Chain Solutions Director
Location: Juneau, AlaskaResponsibilities:Leads a team in providing strategic value to assigned customers, managing supplier relationships and coordinating complex decision-making processes.Works with internal stakeholders to establish strategic customer goals, delivering savings and efficiencies.Manages key stakeholder relationship management, coordinating projects in the supply chain.Oversees category strategies and plans, ensuring effective CRM/SRM and project management.Directs efforts between key stakeholders and various Supply Chain teams, developing multi-year business plans.Serves as the primary executive point of contact with suppliers, managing performance and relationships.Provides industry insights and category expertise to stakeholders.Leads implementation, project planning, and communications for Supply Chain initiatives.Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and contracts for assigned service lines.Manages team of Category Leaders, focusing on talent development and performance reviews.Acts as a liaison between various departments and stakeholders.Minimum Qualifications:Masters Degree from an accredited institution.Experience leveraging GPO contracts as part of category strategy.Experience in supply chain procurement (sourcing, contracting, purchasing).Familiarity with strategic eProcurement platforms.Results-driven, self-motivated, and professional.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Preferred Qualifications:Masters Degree in business or supply chain management.Five years of direct experience in strategic sourcing/category management in healthcare.Physical Requirements:Ability to verbally communicate and understand spoken information.Operate computers and office equipment.See and read computer monitors/documents.Remain seated or standing for extended periods.Anticipated job posting close date:
