You'll develop conceptual frameworks for principal client strategies, and act as an important part in developing relationship marketing capabilities and marketing strategies through collaboration.This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. Be a focal point for our teams and as a liaison to client teamsDevelop business within the context of existing client project workContribute to strategy-oriented intellectual capital for clients and internallyDefine recommended approach and scope and manage execution of strategy planning projects for clientsContribute to formal methodologies for approaching major strategic issues, applying existing Digitas intellectual capital and conceptsBe an account team partner in aligning marketing productivity with broader goalsDevelop and present new business proposals to all clientsBuild a team environment amongst account staff and other departmentsParticipate in hiring of new employeesDevelop relationships with clients and other groups across the agencyQualifications

Four year degree (with a business focus such as Statistics, Economics, Finance or Marketing)Master's degree (preferred)7+ years of experience in marketing consulting, advertising or interactiveExpertise within the digital environment and in aligning marketing strategies with our needsIn-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and CRM disciplines (including primary research, segmentation, targeting, direct marketing and customer care)Experience managing multiple projects across our teamsFamiliarity with the digital environmentYou are open to travelAdditional Information
