We are seeking a product leader to deliver two core components of data-driven decision making: the plumbing that connects backend systems with front end UIs and the end-to-end process orchestration to ensure a decision runs to completion. This highly visible role will put you in the front row seat of the technology transformation journey at Capital One, with support from an already mature organization.As a leader of this space, you will be:Defining the strategic investments and roadmaps to deliver modular and extensible technology that enables new use cases for the company.Partnering with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities to advance self service capabilities.Supporting the delivery of new intent on the Decisioning Platform.Overseeing the maintenance and modernization of our legacy Card Acquisitions platform.This Decisioning Platform spans multiple teams, so this leader must partner very closely with their tech and product partners to think holistically and define solutions that take upstream and downstream impacts into consideration.In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas:Human Centered:
