Washington Ave Animal Hospital is looking for a Medical Director!
Washington Ave, located in the heart of Philly, provides state-of-the-art care to the small animals of their community. We are looking to grow our team with a Medical Director who is eager to lead a team of passionate animal lovers! As the Veterinary Medical Director, you will be leading a team of nurses and doctors that are driven by growth and learning. We are seeking an experienced veterinarian who is a strong leader, mentor, and understands the importance of cultivating an environment based on a gold standard of care, growth and learning, engagement, and retention. The medical director will continue to build lasting relationships with our clients, community, and local rescues.
Our 5,500 square foot hospital has 8 exam rooms, a large treatment area with 4 wet tables, and a dedicated dental suite and sterile surgical suite. Each space is designed to meet the unique needs of each pet. Our hospital works together as one unit to help our clients keep their pets healthy year-round by implementing gold-standard preventive care and lots of love. We stay current with the latest advances in veterinary technology and, above all, remember that all animals must be treated attentively and with compassion during every check-up, procedure, and surgery.
