Take ownership of some key ML Ops items such as testing, CI/CD, or data processing pipelines
Design and test new experiments to improve our core generative AI models
Improve our existing technical foundations, and influence our technical direction and strategy

At least 2-3 years of industry experience in software development or adjacent positions
Deep experience with Python and PyTorch
Knowledgeable about video processing or video streaming
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Additionally, having some of the following experiences may help you be successful in this position:

Have trained or fine-tuned your own LLM
Experience implementing research papers
Have played Portal 1 and 2 (if not you'll need to play as part of onboarding)
