As a Technical Project Manager with expertise in IVR or call center technologies, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects related to the design, implementation, and maintenance of IVR systems and call center solutions. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include:Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of IVR and call center projects from initiation to closure.Collaborating with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and managing resources to ensure project success.Communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executive leadership.Managing vendor relationships and overseeing the procurement of hardware, software, and services.Providing technical expertise and guidance to project team members, including developers, engineers, and testers.Ensuring compliance with project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.5+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on IVR or call center technologies.Strong knowledge of IVR systems, including platforms such as Genesys, Avaya, or Cisco.Experience with call center technologies, including Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) systems and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems.Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
